The director of the LEAG is Anton Pogačnik, M.Sc. Management board had 11 meetings since constitution and Advisory Board had 3 meetings (4. october 2011). Agency has initiated numerous links through different communication tools (personal phone calls, E-mails, personal visits). LEAG had joined consortium of LEA Slovenia. We have regular correspondence with representatives of EKO Sklad who process forms for subventions on Efficient Use of Energy and Renewable Energy Sources and government supported counsellors ENSVET. We have regular meetings with consultants on field of energy bookkeeping. With engineers and other representatives of other companies we have regular meetings on specific projects - solar roofs. The director is visiting and promoting LEAG on annual IEE and other international conferences. For communication with Agency bodies we use regular meetings and when there is a time limit we use e-mails. For the communication with Target Groups we have prepared communication plan which include all mass media tools, including TV, Radio, Local Papers, Internet Web site, brochures.
T1. Detailed communication plan for different levels is prepared.
T2. Yearly plan for regular and ad-hock meetings with partners had been created.
T3. For each of target group has been created Communication strategy.
T4. LEAG contacted Ecuba S.r.l. (Italy), North-west Croatia Regional Energy Agency (Croatia), Regional Energy Agency North (Croatia), Regional Energy Agency Kvarner (Croatia) Municipality Ivanić Grad (Croatia) and Agencia Provincial de la energia de Cordoba (ES).
T5. Regular Weekly meetings between the employees of the Agency are made spontaneous according to a work reference.
T6. Agency conduct regular seminars, field trips, brochures, updating web page and meetings for communication with target groups.
T7. Meetings with partners are conducted at proper occasions.
T8. Agency’s work is evaluated on each Management board meeting and yearly from Municipality of Kranj. Relationship between public and Agency is measured with web site visits, calls for advices, orders from different municipalities.
