WP 1: Legal establishment of the agency

Municipality of Kranj established LEAG in April 2009. LEAG was established as the non-profit organization, with its own statute according the Slovenian legislation. It works for public authorities (municipalities).

T1. LEAG prepared and accepted a contract, statute and other inner official documents needed for establishment of the agency.

T2. Members of Management Board have been named and the chairman was elected. The director and other staff was appointed in 2010 with public tender.

T3. The first premises were given from municipality Kranj and were in April 2011 switched for better working conditions. In 2009 Municipality Kranj supplied LEAG with computers, printer, telephone and other office accessories.

T4. Start of the Agency was promoted in September 2009 with a start of a first employee beside the director. Big opening of the new premises at Stara cesta 5, 4000 Kranj in April 2010 was a big PR success.
